A LITTLE ABOUT ME
AND WHY I LOVE REAL ESTATE
Danell Fields was born and raised in Texas and has been in the Houston Area for over thirty years. A Baylor University graduate and North Texas State University graduate with a Masters in Science, she raised her family and has been very active both professionally and personally in the communities she loves. Always interested in homes, construction, retail, and trends in the housing and commercial markets, she embarked on a real estate career she loved and always had envisioned for her life. She also feels that personal service and client relationships are a vital part of this process. While Vice President of Rosewood Funeral Homes and Cemeteries LLC for 25 years, she was actively involved in new business construction, acquisitions, investments, marketing, sales and billboard generation. She also simultaneously owned and operated Danell’s, a retail store which she conceived and built from the ground up. These experiences gave her the knowledge she needed to understand the workings as well as behind the scenes knowledge of the commercial world. Her well rounded experiences make her a wonderful combination of professionalism, knowledge, stellar work ethic, and great communication skills that get the job done for her clients.
Danell knows the Houston area having also served in a community service capacity throughout her career as well. She has been recognized for her contributions to Houston Area Communities with such awards as Small Business of the Year award from Lone Star College System, Small Business of the Year award from the East Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce. Most recently she was named the Pillar of the Community in the North Houston Area by HAAM for 2020.

She is currently working on her CCIM-Certified Commercial Investment Manager-designation and also holds the following designations in real estate: Accredited Buyer Representative ABR, Accredited Home Staging Specialist AHSS, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist CLMS, Seller Representative Specialist SRS, Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist TACS.
Danell has two grown sons, a daughter-n-law, four precious grandchildren and a German Shepherd named Ash.(also known as The Realtor Dog!)
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, skeet shooting, fishing and oil painting.
